the recent issue of mollie makes magazine features a story about creative couples. it's not always easy working with your partner, but we love the collaborative process and can't imagine it any other way.

special thanks to new england gala wedding magazine for including our FORAGE bow ties in the january issue!
we made limited edition, paper chain kit for a special project and have a few left over. each kit comes with enough links to create an 8ft swag. no tape, glue, or staples are needed because the links have interlocking tabs. each kit is packaged in a kraft paper tube with a letterpress printed label. visit our shop to pick out your favorite color!
kinfolk volume two video by andrew & carissa gallo
hands down, the most inspiring thing to happen in 2011: KINFOLK! volume two went on sale this week - what a perfect way to end the year. we're happy that it's available for digital tablets this time, but we'll be getting the print edition also - it's that beautiful!
today, on the martha stewart craft department blog we're sharing one of our favorite ways to wrap gifts... using color copies made from vintage portraits. you may remember the first time we played with this idea a few holidays ago. we love the idea of using a signature gift wrap each year. this one will certainly stand out and add some unexpected personality under your tree.
we spent the weekend in NYC for the holiday craft sale at the divine studios. we had the best neighbours ever: erin jang of the indigo bunting, sue eggen of giant dwarf and walter & margaux from peg and awl... not bad company!
special thanks to laura kaesshaefer and the crafts department at martha stewart for inviting us.
this year, martha stewart's craft department invited a few of their favorite bloggers (eek!) to be a part of a holiday challenge. inspired by the wrapping arsenal from december's issue of living, we were asked to create unexpected gift wrap using inexpensive materials.
also sharing how they are wrapping gifts this year will be creature comforts, shimtokk, and hello sandwich (killer line-up, right). find more info on the martha craft dept blog and find the schedule for next week's show & tell.
