this weekend, we spent 9 hours driving to and from chicopee, ma to visit john barrett's letterpress things. it was our 4th trip back and we picked up lots of amazing stuff: teeny-tiny lead type, a small cabinet, composing stone, eyelet press, chase, spacers and piles of vintage paper. the best part of the trip is spending the entire day with john - he's an old school printer with lots of knowledge and plenty of good stories.
Shauna, you have a wonderful place here where you share all your goings ons, huge successes, creativity...I love your forage bow ties...your other projects... I've always respected and admired your work. Always.
