we have to thank our new friend, hazel, for inviting us to the opening of ryantown usa, an exhibition, installation and pop up shop by rob ryan. if you're in ny during april & may, you MUST see the show at earnest sewn in the meatpacking district on washington street.
we knew we would love the show, but had no idea how much! the room was FULL of paper cuts from floor to ceiling, all made by hand (see more here). just in case seeing his amazing work in person wasn't enough... we were able to meet rob, chat with his beautiful wife, and several of his friends. yeah!
huge fan, no idea about this exhibition so big time thank you. can't wait to get down there!
