our family of mustaches just got bigger! we have a brand new stache called "the banker". to celebrate, we put together a package of all four styles called "the gentlemen's club".
this is what the mold making process looks like. every mustache starts with a hand carved original that is used to make a silicone mold, then each mustache is cast in plastic by hand.
wow! where do you buy silicone? and the plastic! i'm so fascinated.

Oh man! I need to get a brush-up on mold making; we used ammonia latex in college and this looks much more...or less toxic!
