what's not to love about glitter, candy, cards and flowers... valentine's day might have been invented just for me.
i have vivid memories of making valentine's day "mail boxes" all through elementary school. i wanted to make one this year (just for fun), but didn't have time. all along, stephen was making one for me, and it's absolutely amazing. here are the facts: made of oak, music box plays "love me tender", mail slot on top and trap door on the bottom to retrieve valentines. i'm a lucky girl! (if you want to see it in action... click here).
other highlights of our valentine's day include (but are not limited to): new shoes for shauna and a giant bouquet of balloons for stephen (delivered to work and hugely embarrassing). also for stephen, handmade neck ties and a mug from fieldguided.
something else we love is this project by laureen and yulia of paperwhite...
Some specialists tell that home loans help people to live their own way, because they can feel free to buy needed things. Furthermore, banks offer car loan for different classes of people.

Wonderful V-day gifts all. But that box? Divine! (Sigh).
(P.S. Your hand-lettered shoproll in the right frame of the blog is also quite wonderful.....)

So cute! I love the balloon bouquet idea too.
By the way, on the RSS feed, the title of your blog is "Something's Hiding in Here by ShUAna & Stephen" -- Shauna is misspelled. Don't know if anyone else has ever told you that or if you care, but there you go. :)
